These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Through the Table Trivia ("we", "us", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Early Access

Through the Table Trivia is under active, early-stage development. Features, content, and pricing may change, and you may occasionally encounter bugs or downtime. The service is provided "as is" during this period without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Tier & Premium Subscription

Through the Table Trivia offers a free tier (supported by ads) and a paid Premium tier that removes ads and unlocks additional content. Premium pricing and billing frequency (one-time or recurring) are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the app or its content, harass other users, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All trivia content, game design, branding, and software are owned by Through the Table Trivia or its licensors. Wrestling promotions, wrestlers, and events referenced in trivia questions are used for informational/editorial purposes and belong to their respective owners; Through the Table Trivia is not affiliated with or endorsed by any wrestling promotion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Through the Table Trivia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
